Timed save in Card Editor script editor needs UI signal

Description
The newly created script editing textarea has a timeout save. It doesn't save with every keystroke, as that produces a highly unsatisfactory U/X. So after 5 seconds of inactivity, it saves the new script.
It would be good to give the user a cue that this has happened.
