Deck Editor popup adds attack where there is none

Description
The card "Habitual Imperturbability", for instance, has no attack. But the popup shown in the Deck Editor gives it one.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Should work a lot better now. Modal/template logic was only distinguishing between Cards and Enviros rather than explicitly looking at action type. Cleaned up code for displaying card information based on this, as well.
